The hotel itself was very classy with artistic decoration, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with perfect beds. We also appreciated the free and reliable WiFi, even on the top floor. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating our request for a take-away breakfast for our early flight and even helping us print our boarding passes. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered complimentary mulled wine and gingerbread cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, just a short walk to the main shopping street and close to the subway station. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed.
The room was very small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around. The bathroom was also very tiny and there was no counter space for toiletries.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, right on the main street. The location was fantastic, with many attractions, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, making my stay much easier. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day. The room had a nice view of the nearby church and was clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a Georgian restaurant downstairs, where I enjoyed delicious meals.
I did find that the blinds in my room were lacking, making it difficult to block out the sunlight completely.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right in the middle of the city close to all the major tourist spots. I could easily walk to all the main attractions, which was really convenient. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and attentive to my needs. They provided all the necessary room amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The room itself was comfortable and well-furnished, with a flat-screen TV and a cozy parquet floor. I also appreciated the fact that there was free Wi-Fi available, which was a great bonus.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the receptionist. It took a few calls before my requests were addressed, which was a bit unprofessional.
